NEVER use Last Names or any other personal information that could be embarassing or potentially damaging to you or others if it is posted publicly. [NOTE: Anyone that purposefully disregards this rule will be blocked from using the site.]

(2) To post a Praise Report, you must be an adult at least 18 years of age, or a minor under the age of 18 who has asked for and received permission from my parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to use this site.
